Bone Surgery for Children with Brittle Bone Disease

Bone Surgery for Children with Brittle Bone Disease

The Good Deeds Organization – Ottawa has continuously supported individuals in Sudan facing critical health challenges. From surgeries to medical equipment, we aim to restore hope and dignity to those in need.

In Sudan, many children born with brittle bone disease face lifelong mobility challenges and pain. Mohammed and Abdallah were two such children suffering from severe leg deformities due to osteogenesis imperfecta.

Through the support of our community, The Good Deeds Organization – Ottawa funded their critical femoral rod surgeries. These procedures not only corrected their bone structure but also gave them a renewed chance to walk, play, and dream like other children their age.
