On 29 Ramadan, Zakat al-Fitr was distributed by Good Deeds Group – Ottawa (in-kind donations) in two states in Sudan:
1- White Nile State – Al-Kuwa City:
- Families served: 77 families
- Distributed items: corn
- Quantity distributed is sufficient according to Sharia for 187 people
2- Khartoum State – Bahri City:
- Families served: 75 families
- Distributed items: 10 kg flour bags, distributed as follows:
- 35 bags for 35 families in Al-Halfaya
- 5 bags for Dar Dirq area
- 35 bags for Al-Kibasi area
